This pack works by having folders of PNG images with transparent backgrounds that you can easily layer on top of each other using an art program that allows layering.

The reference images allow you to find what number the file names are in their folders, as well as other helpful tips.

The images were created with RPGMaker MV or MZ in mind, but can be used for any project!
